It also comes in a brown powder, that when exposed to moisture ( blown on) balls up into the black tarlike substance before it can be prepared for IV. The way I have done it before by snorting: Take a plate, put the tar in the middle, add a couple of drops of water at a time and make the tar turn liquid. Then, take a tablet and crush it into a fine powder. Mix the powder and the liquidy h together. Snort and enjoy.
